We had a great stay at The Summit Hotel Dongdaemun. The location is super convenient — just a 5 to 7-minute walk to the nearest subway station, and there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel with direct service to and from Incheon Airport, which made our arrival and departure so easy.
The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Seoul. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special shoutout to Jin at the front desk — he was especially kind, spoke excellent English, and really went above and beyond to help us with directions and recommendations.

The fitness center is two treadmills and a few free weights from 2 to 20 kg, nothing much to brag about. Our largest concern is that we contacted the hotel over one month from our vacation to request an infant crib. We received a response that they would look into getting one for our room. Once we checked into our hotel we inquired about the crib and were told that they do not have cribs and the response made me feel that the original email was sent to keep our business and they had no intentions of obtaining a crib for us.
