Booked a family room for 4 pax in winter (end Jan). Was on the top floor with no escalator thus had a tough time moving big luggages. The toilet was freezing cold as there was no heater in the toilet, we had to shower in cold air (albeit with hot water but still was freezing). Floor was also very slippery, brother slipped and fell a few times. The room itself was small with almost no space to move around with our luggages open. Nonetheless the host was friendly and nice; and location was good (~3 mins walk to metro).
