JC Inn Dongdaemun — Hotel in Seoul

Booked a family room for 4 pax in winter (end Jan). Was on the top floor with no escalator thus had a tough time moving big luggages. The toilet was freezing cold as there was no heater in the toilet, we had to shower in cold air (albeit with hot water but still was freezing). Floor was also very slippery, brother slipped and fell a few times. The room itself was small with almost no space to move around with our luggages open. Nonetheless the host was friendly and nice; and location was good (~3 mins walk to metro). Location is good, very nearby to Dongguk Univ Station (Orange Line Exit 2) and convenience store (GS25). The hotel staff was friendly but only spoke Korean and she used a translation app to communicate. She was also very kind by allowing us to check in early as the flight arrived early in the morning without any charge. Btw, this hotel is not suitable for big families because they have to pay an extra charge for children of 20,000 won per night (7 y/o above). The room is small so there is no extra bed for children. Location is good and convenient and the front lady was very nice. But i had to call trip.com to call front desk because we were stuck in the room for over an hour trying to get out since the door knot was not working properly since we got there so it had to be destroyed from the outside.
