Many people will agree that it is common sense that while customers are enjoying their food, the staff does not put the washed cups on the table and put the chapsticks inside of the table.
Normally, the staff does this kind of arrangements work before they serve and/or after they serve the customers. It is common sense that the staff cannot interfere in the customers' meal time.
I think that if the owner wants to meet the average service requirement in Apgujeong, Gangnam-gu, he or she needs to benchmark the other professional restaurants nearby.
In terms of food, well, whereas many reviewers mentioned that it is good, I felt its food was somewhat salty. Personally, I wasn't satisfied with it. I will monitor the others' reviews regarding this restaurant to ensure my personal opinion.
