리모델링 이후 공간은 맘에 든다 그런데 키오스크에서 시킨 메뉴를 꼭 음료가 나올 때까지 얘기 안 해주다가, 다 기다린 후에 진동벨 울려서 음료 받으러 가보면 품절이란다. 기다린 시간은 어쩌란 말이냐.. 특히 점심시간은 한정된 시간이 아닌가. 게다가 미안해하지도 않고 결제 취소하고 다시 주문하셔야 한다는 직원의 당당함과 뻔뻔한(?) 태도는 투썸이 스벅을 당분간은 절대 이길 수 없겠구나 라는 확신이 들 정도였다 매장 인테리어나 키오스트 도입 등 하드웨어가 아니라 소프트웨어를 바꿔야 할 때가 오지 않았는가 투썸플레이스?

A large space cover a lot of customer there and most of beverage they served are good quality and I can feel awesome mood...

여기서 알바했던 사람인데 여기 알바로 존나 별로임. 그냥 최악. 평균 점수가 3점도 안 되던 데는 이유가 있었네. 지금 점장은 좋은데 지금도 있는 남자 메니저 툭하면 야 이러면서 반말 툭툭 밷고 일하기 싫어서 사무실 들어가서 나한테 일 다 떠넘기고 안에서 핸드폰 게임만 하면서 자빠짐. 초반에는 핸드폰 사용하면 자른다는 식으로 경고해놓고는 참..... 그딴 식으로 일할거면 지나 일하지 말든가. 여자 매니저는 툭하면 나를 애써 어려운 상황으로 만들고 지적할 거리 찾아내서 애써 지적해서 상대방 긴장하게 함. 절대로 여기서 일할 생각조차하지 마세요. 친구가 반대하던 이유가 다 있었음. 직원들 진짜 ㅈㄴ 최악임. 초반에 매니저, 직원 사이좋은 직장이라던데 다들 개소리나 하고 자빠저있음. 그러면서...
