Baekmidang Samcheong — Restaurant in Seoul

I initially planned to try snow flake dessert but couldn’t find it anywhere, so I ended up at Baekmidang Samcheong, a charming, vintage-style café. It turned out to be a great alternative, and I’m glad I gave their ice cream a try.

While there, I also ordered a drink called ADE. At first, I wasn’t sure what it was, but a quick search online revealed that it’s a trendy drink developed by popular influencers in Korea. The ADE was refreshing and delicious – a great surprise! It’s easy to see why it has become so popular.

As for the ice cream, it was quite satisfying, especially on a warm autumn day. The rich and creamy texture was just what I needed to cool down and take a break from the heat.
