I ve been to many bars in Korea and around the world. In korea what disappoints me the most if when they charge you a cover and there is no special service whatsoever. The cover here is 10k but totally not worth it, it felt like they served some sort of fancy doritos, opposed to other places that serves real dark truffles, flamed bananas, etc The selection of whiskey is fine... not so special as some would say. Rather pricey if you think about the classics. The signature cocktails was a little bit disappointing. Very sweet and this cheap chocolate biscuit taste. I didnt get... The environment is gorgeous and staff is nice. Other than that not returning unless I'm on the surroundings

돈이 많다면 이만한 칵테일바가 없다. 우선 이 가게는 커버차지 1만원이 인당 카운팅된다. 입장해서 착석하자마자 1만원을 쓴 셈이다. 또한 이곳에서 판매중인 시가 흡연이 굉장히 자연스럽게 이루어지는 곳이라 흡연에 대한 거부감이 있다면 비추천한다. 건물내부는 전체적으로 위스키 숙성에 사용되는 캐스크를 본딴 형태이다. 마치 오크통 속에서 술을 마시는 듯한 향취를 불러온다. 굉장히 고가 라인의 하이엔드 위스키가 상당수, 리미티드한 캐스크도 다량 입고 되어 있다. 몰트에 환장하는 하람이라도 먹어본적 없는 샷이 분명 있을 것이다. 물론, 지갑이 걱정되겠지만. 칵테일 또한 수준급이다. 사실 칵테일이 바 마다 레시피도 다르고 만드는 사람의 기준점도 전부 달라 평점을 메기기가 쉽지 않다. 그럼에도 고평가를 주고싶다. 단편적인 예시를 들어, 생제르멩 토닉(사진5)주문했다. 크러시드 아이스와 히비스커스 티 베이스가 들어간 얼음을 반반 나누어 잔에 담아주었다. 생제르멩은 물론이고, 내 취향이 쉐리위스키라고 하자, 플루트 에센스를 추가로 넣어주었다. 상큼하고 달달한 생제르멩 토닉이 시간이 지날 수록 히비스커스 티 베이스와 섞이며 또 색다른 음료로 변하는 마술을 경험했다. 논알콜 칵테일(사진3) 또한 좋았다. 얼그레이와 몇 종류의 에센스, 크림, 우유가 한데 섞여 초콜릿 파우더가 가니시로 올라간 티베이스 칵테일이었다. 달콤하고 산뜻하며 부드러운 맛이 일품이었다. 마지막으로, 이곳의 글라스는 하나같이 고가 제품들이었다. 기본으로 제공되는 물잔 또한 리델이었으니, 말 다한 셈. 기본 안주로 스낵을 줘서 별로라는 이야기를 보았는데, 쉐리 위스키와 함께 건포도 스낵을 주문해보아라. 이만큼 잘 어울리는게 없다.
