I went here for lunch and the set menu was 88,000 kwr which is very affordable for the quality. I also loved that you leave VERY full unlike some other omakases Iโve been to where Iโm still hungry. However, quality can drop for certain seafood when there is a short of supply, according to the chef. This is what I thought lost them one star. If something is not in the best quality on that day, then they should prepare the dish in a way that makes it the best. Also they should never have told me that because it is not my problem. For the price, really expected some standout dishes, but unfortunately did not experience any.
Select fish seemed fresh but most came out cooked in some fashion. Flavors and sauce pairings were either underwhelming or not good at all.
Nigiro rice seemed mushy.
Really sad and do not recommend. If they're not able to deliver on expected value of an expensive omakase meal, they should take it...
