The WORST STAFF AND SERVICE!!! Recommend you to go somewhere else
The woman barista at the Coffee House Seoul branch was so rude
When we entered, there was another staff who seated us on the shared table at the back, we asked if we could sit here and also book the queue for switching the table to the one without view blocking when itโs free later, he said itโs โokโ and he also saw we booked it on the mobile.
When we got the table in the mobile, the woman staff/ barista came in saying โwe donโt have your numberโ, but we showed her we was suggested to scan QR and book it on mobile and itโs now our queue, she then said you already used the table, canโt move. We canโt do anything about it and the man who told us at since the first place was taking a break.
Is this how you treat your customers? Why didnโt we sit at the shared table in the first place if we knew we couldnโt change the table after sitting here already. Not only that, the way she said it and her face were super rude/ upset at us and she didnโt even explain it nicely.
Really recommend you to go somewhere else if you donโt want this coffee shop + staff to...
ย ย ย Read moreI've been a repeat customer here for different occasions! Their coffee is really superb, not too exhorbitante in price, and the atmosphere is super laid back it's a great way to spend the afternoon. Especially good if you have a buddy, but they have plenty of seats for solos too. If you are really into coffee, I definitely recommend asking for a suggestion as this place is focused on roasting the beans etc. so they know the flavor profiles. If not, just go with an americano and you won't be disappointed. They have very limited pastries, only a few cakes, but they aways look delicious. Coming in spring or fall is best as they can open the doors, in the summer or winter it is a little dark inside, so be prepared to adjust your eyes if you are reading! I just got a latte, and was more than satisfied with...
ย ย ย Read moreWent there 5 years ago (in May 2018) with a korean friend. The baristas were very friendly and helpful to explain their coffee โ and they speak english! ๐
It was after 3 PM when we were there in the middle of the week and there was no many people at that time (it was raining also by the way, maybe because of that). But normally there are a lot of people especially after lunch time (usually young people/professionals - they are either working using their laptops, casual interviews or just hangout). In the weekend, you need to wait to get a table/chair because it's packed!
The coffees were so good! The ambiance is nice with a touch of music to gain the vibes. I didn't try their cake as it was after lunch so I was still very full. But next time I'm there, I guess I must try their cake as they...
