DB Print Studio — Attraction in Seoul

Amazing place to visit. We were walking around the area and saw the sign and decided to poke our heads in; We are both so glad that we did.

An exhibition had just ended, so unfortunately we did not get to see any exhibition.

Woochan was there and he let us take a look at the print studio in the back. We asked if they offered workshops on printing.

Woochan was willing and able to setup a ~3hr Workshop for us. All of this with less than a days notice and in spite of our lack of ability to speak Korean.

We showed up the next day and Woochan had prepared a short description on the screen printing process and history. He made this English version just for us!

The workshop was great! We were able to make some prints and a tote with our own print on it.

I strongly recommend it as a fun way to spend 3hrs in an afternoon. Woochan and our instructor were awesome and we got a really cool souvenir out it.

Great class - woochan helped find me one with an instructor who spoke English. Had a fantastic time learning screenprinting - multiple techniques both UV exposure and handpainting. The studio has SO many printing types available - screenprinting, lino, etching and even Riso! All the tools and paints you could ever need.
