Zzang Games — Attraction in Seoul

Had a rough encounter with a female staff member. I won a prize but it got stuck in the claw when it tried to drop in the chute. We kindly asked and she made us play again to prove it was stuck?! Then when we did show it was stuck she groaned audibly before repositioning it. I don’t try to argue and I’m respectful when going to other countries. I’ve never experienced anything like this before. V I’m a huge crane game fan—if you are too, I suggest other places or go to Japan, they are friendly. Maybe she was having a bad day but this was a very rough start...

This place is nothing but a scam! We played multiple times, managed to grab a plush every time, only for it to drop the second the claw lifted. It’s a complete rip-off!

When we approached the staff for assistance, instead of helping us, they yelled at us! One of the employees, who claimed to be the manager, was incredibly rude. They even tried to prove the machine worked – and failed miserably!

My advice? Stay away! This place doesn’t respect its customers and operates in a shady manner....

If you are up for someone to ruin your happy day at hongdae, this place definitely has the person you need! The staff will give you the fierce stares, rude body language and scolding. Also, imagine spending so much money on the claw machine for the plush you really wanted but couldnt get it, and the staff whom witnessed couldnt be bothered to help you reposition but gave a “haha loser” stare when you walked away from...
