Bong Brothers' Dog Cafe 강아지카페 — Restaurant in Seoul

One of the staff members was rude and inexperienced.

My female dog peed right next to the training pad because their training pad had already been soiled (and none of the employees noticed and changed it, though there were three working at the time).

The employee in question somehow “assumed” that my dog was male with marking behavior. Please note my dog is female and does NOT exhibit marking behavior. Despite my explanation, this employee insisted on having her wear a male dog diaper.

The employee ended up bringing a female dog diaper in the end, but my dog and I no longer felt welcome there.

I also didn't feel comfortable having my dog as "one of the dogs on display," as the cafe had guests (without their own dogs) visiting to play with or touch/pet these dogs.

We would not return. I DO NOT...

Quite a fun dog cafe in an interesting neighbourhood. We had fund playing with the dogs who were super friendly and ecstatic! Then mid-way 2 dog owners came and fetch back their dogs, then we realised some of the dogs were actually "loaned" to the cafe! Or probably just left there while the owners go to work? Maybe that's why they were so ecstatic, able to play with other people besides their owners everyday. 😁 The drinks were also quite nice, my mocha was quite thick and tasty! Oh, it's recommended to go near the evening as this is near a long stretch of shopping streets that comes alive at night! Street performers and also many eateries and small shops for you to drain out your last bit of energy...

The place is big, easily accessible and the location is pretty good. We had been to 1 dog cafe earlier and quite liked that place, and wanted to explore a new one this time. We looked on the directions for this one and found it a lot closer to the earlier one. Like the first one we were greeted by lot of furry friends, it was adorable. The place is big, well kept and the dogs are trained. The pups were friendly and very active. Each person needs to order a drink each, we were 4 adults and 3 kids, and to our surprise had to order drinks for kids too. The drinks were ok, not too good, couple of the drinks that we ordered...
