This bakery in Yeouido that I absolutely love. I've been going there for ages, even before they got all famous. The quality and variety of their baked goods are still top-notch, and they call themselves an authentic German bakery. But to me, it's more like a Korean-style German bakery. The flavors are milder and more seasoned than traditional German bread, which I actually prefer. The only downside is that you can only get fresh bread after 10 am. Have quite a bit of variety and sandwiches too. I had:

**Olive baguette- good. Put a healthy amount of olive, not like other olive breads that have very little. **Pretzel- good, although they don’t heat up anything. **Basque cheesecake- good. They also have other cheesecake. Basque has a nice slight burnt flavor from crust.

Overall good, and can tell it’s fresh made.

5 star taste! Recommend the salt bread - one of the best Brot I’ve eaten in my life. Transported us to a Weinachtsmarkt - special Christmas Eve memory in Yeouido :) worth the trip.
