Cafe Archivist — Restaurant in Seoul

Visited Cafe Archivist in my second visit to Korea :)

It’s a nice cafe with very delicious coffee and desserts! My friends and I tried their einspanner coffee, which I believe is their most popular and signature drink. It was really good - slightly bitter and sweet! I’ve never had a coffee like that before, so now that I’m back in the states I wish I could order it here too!

We also got their scone with cream inside and it paired really well with the coffees.

Seating might be a little hard during crowded hours since the cafe is small, but I noticed the seats open up...

Small and cozy space, usually with a queue but fortunately got a table without waiting. Excellent light roast, had it with milk (flat white) that went well with the basque cheesecake. The light roast with milk had delicately balanced flavours – a slight sourness accompanies the light nuttiness of the roast and sweetness...

Didn't have any of the cakes but coffee was excellent. Not your usual bland milky coffees from chain coffee shops. Had a flat white with extra shot with medium dark roast, prob could've done without the extra shot as it was little bitter than I expected. Wouldn't bother if you were in a hurry, it did take a while for...
