Copacabana Grill - 코파카바나 그릴 — Restaurant in Seoul

I got really unkind treatment by owner of this restaurant, and i called to customer centre in korea, they adviced me to write down complain to here, so i left it.

A few months ago, in itaewon, there had one festival, and this restaurant held their own booth. I was satisfied for their foods, so in Chrsitmas, I visited here again. Because of Christmas, there were busy. But the thing is, their owner treated me with really really rude behaviours. Their clerk welcomed me to their restaurant, so i entered. I just looked for my sit. And suddenly, their clerk brought me to his owner, said to me "meet my owner", even though i didn't need to meet his owner. And then clerk said something in his language(portugese) to owner, she suddenly said "Why you enter to my restaurant? Can't you see that here is so busy? Here is the place where people order foods and I am working. Can't you see here?" I was really ridiculous. I am also person who wanted to order foods. But she treated me like I am just person who interrupt her business. So i tried to explained that your clerk had misunderstood me to bring me to you, and your ways to treat me was kind of unkind. With polite ways. But she just interrupted my words and said "Okay! I am sorry for my clerk! So you would order something or not?" So I tried to said to her that she doesn't need to apologize about her clerk. But she needs to apologize about her behaviours and speakig ways. And her apologize was not serious and kind words.(nasty tone) but again, i tried to said it but she didn't listen whole my words, interrupted again, and said "Okay! You would even order foods or not?! Here have sit! Then you order foods or not?" I was really upset. She didn't apologize for her behaviours and even, she doesn't have some manners for talking with someone.(cut in middle of speaking, nasty sounds) So I just went outside. Because I needed to calm down with breathing in fresh air. Time is later, I got calm down, and I went back to her restaurant to explain her that her ways to treat people were not that good. I am also person who have money to order foods. So i sit down on chair, and told her that I would order foods. And I called her and I have something to tell her. I said "I would order foods. And I hope that you would not...." and suddenly, she interrupt my words again, she got angry and yelled to me. She put her hands on my table really strongly, it makes noisy sounds, so next tables' people looked us with surprised eyes. And she said "Here is my house and my restaurant. I can do whatever i want without person like you do! I apologized so that's it! This is my home so i don't need your words! Today is christmas and your just interrupting my busy working! I don't want to make you unhappy today is Christmas!" I got totally out of mind... And I was really scary because of her rough acting.... In that time, I was still minor. Under aged. My heart got hurted and scary because she is adult. And her rude behaviours... I told her that she didn't apologize for her faults well and cut  of my words were very rude. Even in that time, I smiled to her and sweet softly... but she acted like "Huh I can't understand what are you talking" so i was really upset, and later, I just went outside. I was minor now i just turned into adult. So I don't know how to solve my mental problems. So i left my story...

The atmosphere is pleasant, the service is good and kind , the secondary dishes the rice was terrible even not asian style also not latin style , the beans and the meat in a sauce was the most delicious on this place , the salads bar have maybe 4 options lettuce, cabbage and some pickled i miss tomato onion and coriander perfect for meat in latin gastronomy and also where was bread they don't give bread , the meat buffet in my personal taste I'm latina and my husband is korean we didn't like it the meat all had the same seasoning incluid chicken ,flavor extremely strong practically I could only eat two complete pieces and I only tried a bit the others pieces and i didn't could eat more, everything tasted like lamb or animal corduroy very intense smeel and taste also another Brazilian restaurant give delicious coffe , in here they don't give , pineapple on the end was fine it worked a bit to delete the strong meat taste , if you like strong meat taste it will be good , if you don't like it don't ...

There was one really great server, but the rest of the staff was just okay. There were only 4 tables, but the wait to order drinks was similar to that of a completely packed restaurant. I ended up having to go to the bar and wave someone down to order drinks other than the self-service water. When the meat started coming out, the garlic steak was the star for me. Everything else was fine but nothing to write home about. Overall, it was decent but I'd try another Brazilian steakhouse over returning to give this one another go. Try it out for yourself, though! You might get lucky and get the amazing server -- I don't remember his name,...
