I would like to thank the very friendly and helpful staff. The young man attending the front of house was very quick to realize that I don't speak Korean language and immediately asked for his English speaking colleague to come out and help me with ordering. The other staff who helped me speaks perfect English and he's most polite and also very efficient in explaining their menu to me. I think this is the most effortless order experience I ever had in Korea. I didn't mean the other restaurants wasn't helpful, they tried their best. But I feel like this restaurant offer customer service at a level that's comparable to 5-star hotels. Furthermore, their food is totally to die for. I visited because of the very high score other customers left. Their food totally live up to the standard. The ribs was really tender and it didn't taste too spicy for foreigners that's not used to spicy food. I think I alone could have finished 3-person portions, regret not ordering more. Very kind and friendly staff. They recently added another outdoor waiting area so you don't have to queue into the street. The tables are floor style seating. 매콤하고 칼칼한 맛이 땡길때 생각나는 등갈비찜... 하지만 다소 산만한 내부 분위기...👌👌

메뉴 : 양푼등갈비찜 곤드레밥 (₩29,000)

양푼등갈비찜 양푼등갈비찜 2인분과 곤드레밥을 포장하여 집에서 조리해서 먹었는데 칼칼하고 매운 감칠맛이 곤드레밥과 잘 어우러져 밥 한공기 뚝딱하게 되는 맛입니다. 매운맛이 생각보다는 강한 편인데, 보통 기준으로 엽떡보다는 덜 맵지만 꽤나 자극적인 맛이어서 밥이랑 궁합이 좋습니다. 포장시에는 반조리된 등갈비찜과 아직 조리되지 않은 당면, 버섯, 콩나물 등을 넉넉히 넣어주는데, 한데 넣고 같이 끓이면 돼서 조리 자체는 간편한 편입니다. 고기 양도 적절한 편이고 각종 야채와 국물 또한 낭낭한 편이라 한번 끓여놓고 몇끼에 걸쳐서 배부르게 식사하였습니다.

곤드레밥 국물이 자작하고 꽤 칼칼한 편이라 밥과의 궁합이 일품인데, 일반 공기밥이 아닌 보다 순하고 담백한 맛의 곤드레밥이라 양념된 고기와 야채를 얹어먹거나 자작한 국물에 비벼먹으면 참 맛있습니다.

가격 & 서비스 기본 구성 + 밥을 주문하면 2인 기준 3만원 가격이 나오고 포장시에는 1,000원 할인이 적용되는데, 포장할인율이 그닥 크지 않아 코로나만 아니었다면 매장에서 취식하는 편이 나았을 거라는 생각이 듭니다. 전체적으로 고기랑 밥이랑 해서 만족스럽게 식사를 했지만, 매장에 재방문하여 식사를 하고 싶은 생각은 별로 들지 않는것 같습니다. 이 말로써 표현할수 없는 괴리감이 무엇인가에 대해서 다른 리뷰에서 해답을 찾았는데, "가게 직원들의 파이팅 넘치는 분위기가 거슬리고 산만한것 같습니다." 매장 전체적인 컨셉 및 분위기가 20대 위주의 젊은 청년들이 의기투합하여 장사하는 분위기인데, 요청사항 전달에 있어서 매끄럽지 않은 부분이 있었고 본인들끼리 우왕좌왕 웃고 떠드는 분위기가 조성되어 있어 고객 입장에서는 살짝 불편한감이 있고 전문적이지 않은 모양새였습니다.
