I went to Durim Jonggak Tofu Specialty Restaurant for lunch and had the cheonggukjang. I went around 1 PM, a bit after the lunch rush, and there were only two tables. The cheonggukjang was delicious and felt like good quality. The staff were friendly and kept refilling the side dishes a lot—I almost felt bad. Next time I’d like to try their dinner menu. 두부요리 전문점을 내걸지만, 요리가 나오기도 전에 이미 실망해버림. 맛 : 매운순두부와 콩비지를 주문했음. 전반적으로 간이 싱겁다. 그러나 건강한 맛을 추구한다기엔 너무 별로라 옹색한 변명이 될 것 같음. 또한 점심시간에는 동동주 무한리필이 되고 있는데 시원하여 좋았으나 이 또한 밍숭맹숭 물 탄 것 같은 맛이었음.

서비스 : 최악. 보통의 식당을 간다면 반찬-메인순으로 음식이 나오겠지만 여기는 왠걸? 국-반찬-공기밥 순으로 음식이 나오는 괴이한 행태를 보여줌. 날도 날이고 바쁜 시간대인건 이해하지만 차라리 늦게 나오더라도 기본적인 사항은 맞춰야하는거...

종종 점심식사 하러 가는 두부 전문집입니다. 보통 점김식사로 흰순두부, 빨간순두부 많이 먹고 청국장도 나쁘지 않습니다. 가격 대비해서 나쁘지 않은 구성입니다. 점심에는 가게에서 직접 만든 얼름동동 막걸리도 주전자에 떠서 마실 수 있습니다. (셀프)
