Shake Shack Jonggak — Restaurant in Seoul

I really enjoy going to Shake Shack and have always been extremely satisfied with the quality of the food and the friendly service (in England, China, and Hong Kong). However, this place falls far short! I was already suspicious at the pickup counter because the tray of fries was only half full. When I tried them, it turned out that the fries were also ice cold. Order through the delivery app. Some of them are spicy, and the menu should show there are chilies in it so people can be aware of it. I prefer to add some vegetables so make it tastes much better. They have a vegan menu, I saw a table that didn't take care of a trash. the table surface has some oily on it. I wish staff keep it clean, customer is not that much. The hamburger bun size is around 10 cm. Beef patty is not thin, and it's a lean meat, vegetables are really fresh, and hamburgers are tasty. French fries...

Used the kiosk to order. They have English the top right buttons. You take a buzzer, input the buzzer number. We’re in Korea eating burgers, but when you have others, gotta share the cravings. We should be eating Korean food. But I got the bacon shack meal. Wasn’t bad. Fries pretty good. The cheese fries my cousin got, the cheese was super thick so if that’s your thing, you’ll love it. There’s outlets , you need the Korean style plug though....
