Handmade cheese place near Itaewon area (closer to Hangangjin Station.) Offers fresh cheese, ham and salami. The range of cheese is ’t really impressive but the quality was better than my expectations. I was used to toasted (crispy) baguette and enjoyed soft baguette very pleasantly. Considering it’s in Korea, you can’t expect anything far better. I would have preferred with bit more saltiness but enjoyed the visit very much. Corkage was KRW 30,000 (abt. $25) per bottle. We had a pizza prosciutto and caponata as I remember. The dough was perfect though just I feel like serving a nice prosciutto cooked is very weird. The second dish we got was a meatball pasta that was served with a creamy cheesy sauce. The pasta sauce was veryyyy average as it was very acid from tomato paste and had no sweetness. The pork chop as I was told was cooked sous vide. as a chef myself It was badly made, missed some cooking, had irregular colour and it was dry.
