Cafe Hell is a place that takes itself seriously (in a good way). Each drink is hand crafted. The cappuccino was the right temperature, the pout-over was strong and flavorful. The barista (owner?) takes his time and cares about his product. We tried the only food that was available at the time, a butter cookie, and immediately wanted more. The decor is not fancy but everything is considered, from the giant common table to the china, the books and magazines to the enormous speakers. The music is a big part of the experience. He plays classical music a little louder than you normally hear at a coffee shop and it adds to the specialness of the place.
