It was a wet day today. We ordered an iced americano, a latte and a peach iced tea together with 2 French toast. We sat in the garden. Orders came with minimal wait even though there was alot of people. About 10-15mins. It suddenly started raining heavily and we had to move inside. A staff came out but instead of helping us move our drinks and food, she was busy moving the tables and chairs. We struggled and went inside and was standing at the bar area. No staff attended to us or even tried to get a table. There were customers already done with their toast and coffee but the staff made no efforts to ask them to leave. In the end my friend had to do the job. Please help me understand the culture here. Is this what you practice in your cafe? Do you let your customers stand with their toast getting cold and the iced drinks getting diluted while customers who clearly has finished their food linger on at the table? Please do better. Will I crave for your French toast? Yes I most definitely will. Will I come to your cafe again? Perhaps not in the near future unless you do...

I reached around 1145am (they open at 12pm) and was already 9th in line. I think they’ve recently expanded their space and can now fit 20 at least, so if you come 15min before opening you should be guaranteed a seat. 🌟𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐜 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐡 𝐓𝐨𝐚𝐬𝐭 | ₩𝟗𝟎𝟎𝟎 on the outside it may not look like anything special but the taste and texture was definitely amazing. its thick, pillowy insides was airy and fluffy, dipped in fragrant egg mixture which made it custardy, and finally dusted with icing sugar and drizzled with honey. it wasn’t too dry nor too mushy at all. 🌟𝐈𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐇𝐨𝐣𝐢 𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐤 𝐓𝐞𝐚 | ₩𝟕𝟎𝟎𝟎 this was so good, I requested for no ice and the drink was rich in hojicha flavour, so fragrant and really smooth! overall really really memorable and good french toast here, recco to come before opening to avoid waiting too long, as there was a consistent queue even...
Read moreI visited this popular café for their famous French toast and waited 20 minutes to get in. I was excited, but the French toast turned out to be way too sweet, even for someone like me who loves sweet treats. The hoji milk tea I had was sweet too, but after tasting the French toast, it made the tea taste almost bland.
The toast had a brûlée-like crust, but it was just sticky, overly sweet, and a bit bitter. The inside was tender and soft. I didn’t see the point of adding Maldon salt to the plate—it didn’t help balance the flavors. I thought it was just me, but I overheard others saying they couldn’t finish it because it was too sweet.
This is a place you might want to visit just once. If you must go, I recommend ordering an unsweetened drink to cut through the sweetness. On the bright side, the staff were...
