A place without needs of any introduction: famous for its hotpot with beef intestine, the place is always packed full of customers be sure to come early to avoid lunch rush or dinner session Here's a shout-out to miss ink sook Kim (sorry I didn't know how to write nor correctly pronounce Korean words ><) for her professional assistance in helping us to the table, explain to us the menu and What's the dish about, later cut the large veggie for us, and assist us with the proper condiments usage All with a smiling face and ready to help attitude! :) Truly blessed to have meet this lady for her help, as me and my fiancé we clearly doesn't understand a words of Korean menu, nor what to expect from a fully local restaurant like this that doesn't have English subtitles so to speaks xD Overall a very good dining experience, all thanks to miss ink sook Kim for her great assistance I regretted I didn't pay her tips after the meal as we were rushing for the cab service Anyone who's reading this, be sure to visit this establishment and may you have the virtue of meeting a waitress as miss ink sook Kim here as I am today for this unforgettable pleasant dining experience :))

What a nice evening at this place. For old friends’ reunion, what’s better than a few bottles of soju? This place is very famous for drinkers around town and the line starts to build up from 5pm. I had to wait half an hour to get a table even I got there at 5:20 way before the COB hours. They are mainly famous for the spicy intestine soup but steamed brisket was also great. They provide udon noodles to go with the soup and/or stock. Service was very quick and the staffs were super friendly. They have 2.5 hour time limit per table to invite more customers. I’ll consider this place if I had to drink in town.

Omg what a gem of a restaurant. I'm not usually too keen for intestines but this place specialises in spicy intestine stew and it was DELICIOUS. It definitely changed my mind about having intestines. The stew comes with a nice serving of fresh vegetables and mushroom and with the boild down soup and remaining bits, you can request to have it turned into fried rice. Super delicious, friendly service and amazing vibe. Just note that this place is BUSY and you'll have to line up but so worth the wait!

This Joongang Haejang restaurant is my go to place when I want a decent haejang guk with a good portion of sunji (blood pudding) and yang (tripe). Yang sunji haejang guk with rice (guk bab) is my comfort food. Their kimchi goes very good with guk bab, their unique soy sauce and red oil made with hot pepper gives a kick. You should expect a huge crowd when you visit during lunch hours and dinner hours. This is normally a very busy place. Their jeon gol is very famous too.

One of the best gopchang-jeongol places in Seoul hands down. The gopchang in the jeongol was very fresh and tender. The bokkeumbap cooked with the leftover jeongol was fantastic as well. I ordered yangji gomtang on the side but it was just ok. Although the place was packed at lunch hour, the staff were attentive and prompt. A bit on the pricey side, but nothing unreasonable.

I had their intestine jeongol and it was high quality. We had the medium one and 2 rice bowls but it wasn't that filling for three of us. We went at around 7 30pm so it was real crowded. Thankfully we only had to wait for abt 30 minutes. It was good overall but i don't think i will wait to eat it. It's open 24hrs so maybe i will visit off meal times.
