If you commute here via the metro, the closest exit from Samseong Station is Exit 2. Then just walk straight for 5 mins and you will get to this building. It looked like an ordinary office building. I came here for a fanmeeting. Once you get into the lobby, you will probably see the poster of the show you are watching but directions are written in Korean only. However, normally it will be in the performance hall on level 3. If you are looking to buy merchandise, it will also be set up on level 3 as well. All the lining up is indoor within the building. The performance hall itself is small and very close to the stage. So you are actually watching the show really close which is great! Just a tip in getting a seat, the hall is wide spread into 3 sessions. The viewing at the far end at both left n right may not be good. You will rather get a seat closer to the centre but fewer rows back - my own opinion. The seats are aging a little but comfortable and good size so you have a comfortable distance with the people next to you. Overall, I enjoyed my viewing of fanmeeting here.
