지난 여름에 방문 런치 벤또 세트 먹었는데 맛도 좋고 양이 적어보이지만 실속있게 먹었다는 느낌을 받았습니다. 무엇보다도 레스토랑 매니저로 보이는 분부터 서비스 해주는 직원들까지 모두 친절해서 아직까지도 기억에 남습니다. 따뜻한 물도 계속 신경써서 리필해주시고 벤또지만 음식 하나하나 설명과 먹는 방법 등 자세하게 알려주셔서 먹는 재미도 느낄 수 있었어요. 벤또에 있던 청매실은 미오에서 처음 먹어봤는데 굉장히 상큼하고 맛있던 것으로 기억합니다. 조만간 또 한번 방문하려 합니다.

서울 잠실 롯데 타워 옆, 석촌호수가 아름다운 배경으로 더욱 분위기가 있는 일식당 미오는 캐주얼한 현대식 분위기, 일본 음식의 정갈하고 분위기를 느낄수가 있는 맛, 직원들의 세련된 서비스가 돋보인다. 특히 메뉴구성은 전통적인 일식에서 벗어나 젊은 층이 선호하는 음식, 다른 일식당에서 맛볼수 없는 현대지향적인 음식이 중장년층에도 어필되고 있다. 특별한 날 가족끼리 즐길수 있는 분위기도 매력적이다.

I stayed at Seoul Sofitel Ambassador and decided to browse the restaurant options. There are many restaurants in this building also connected to KT Songpa Tower.

MIO has an Omakase sushi lunch menu during the weekdays and the price is quite ok if you compare it to other Japanese restaurants in Seoul so my friend and I made the reservation.

The interior and atmosphere are great and elegant. Staff and chefs were kind and professional. Chef will ask if guests have any food allergy and he would try to avoid. All ingredients were fresh and I particularly loved the sushi with the a bit taste of grapefruit. The strawberry icecream was a perfect ending of this lunch.
