We loved the restaurant! We had to book a table in advance through Catch Table, and each reservation was for a two-hour stay at the restaurant. My wife and I found it very unusual to try Korean reincarnations* of Italian dishes in a French Provençal interior, but it was very tasty and comfortable. Don't be confused by the French atmosphere in an Italian restaurant; the culture of old Europe is very multifaceted. We were pleased with the service, the attentive, smiling, and very quick waiters. The menu is not very extensive, but it is quite sufficient. We have been to Italy many times, we love Italy, we have visited Italian restaurants in Germany, Singapore, Slovenia, Vietnam, and Turkey, so we know what Italian cuisine is like. She assured us no allergens and repeated our order. The dish arrived with nut-containing pesto. We asked to be certain if the pesto contained nuts; she said yes. We reminded her of the allergen. She took the plate away and brought it back, insisting we could just scrape the pesto off. We insistently said no. Despite me explaining the severity, the server insisted I could just "scrape it off" and eat it, even with the risk of cross-contamination and anaphylaxis.
