Starbucks Reserve Gangnam Kyobo Tower — Restaurant in Seoul

Ordered a couple of drinks and items of food which were fine, nothing too amazing but was a quick grab before an appt we had.

The atmosphere was annoying because staff make so much noise there shouting loudly frequently. The style of the place is nice.

One of the staff weren't that friendly though and quite rude.

We asked for our drinks in takeout cups as we had an appt in the same building in 5mins so we sat down at the bar chairs next to the pickup counter waiting. After getting our items, we were going to be leaving in a few minutes to our appt but that's when (and quite unnecessarily) the staff member shouting out names for drinks pickups kept giving us rude facial expressions. On the third time she spoke with a male colleague who came over to us, all the while she kept giving these rude facial expressions. He advised that because we had takeout drink cups we aren't allowed to sit inside AT ALL, not even for a couple of mins before leaving and asked us to leave.

The only Starbucks or coffee shop for that matter, we've ever come across who demanded we leave immediately simply because we had takeout cups.

Shame on you Starbucks Reserve Gangnam. 5th Asian country and many Starbucks/coffee shops later on this trip and you're the only place to have this rude...

Who makes flat white sweet and blended fruit drinks bland? Understand that there is only a vanilla flat white on the menu, but as a "Reserve" Starbucks you would think that they would ask you whether or not to add the vanilla syrup to your flat white if you didn't order a "vanilla" flat white. When I complained about it later, they offered to make a new one and the employee was very kind. But since I had almost finished the drink, I didn't ask for it. Then there is the mango passion fruit blended drink. It was so bland that I could taste the ice more than the fruits. They also don't provide parking stamps... I don't think I have any reason to visit this place again...
