Sugung Galbi — Restaurant in Seoul

Our family stayed at Intercontinental Hotel COEX for a week and found this restaurant across the street in a small alley next to Bongesa Temple. The Korean BBQ was so good with very reasonable price so we came for our big dinner twice. The old lady waitress would help cooking the meat on the stove for you. The atmosphere was just of common Korean BBQ house for people to gather for social or dinner gathering. Beef, pork and soups were all delicious. if I go back to Seoul I’ll visit this...

If you are ever in the Gangnam area, Coex Mall, or Bongeunsa don’t forget to stop by at this local gem! The front staff all the way to the manager are extremely helpful, friendly and most important welcoming as if we are part of their family. No need to comment on the quality of their food and meat - who questions their homely mom’s cooked meal? Please give this place a try when you are in town, you will regret if you don’t....
