Sulbing — Restaurant in Seoul

One of the bigger Sulbing bingsoo places that I have been to. Located on the 2nd floor, take the elevator. We came here on a weekend. There was a small line and a short wait time to order.

Ordering is done through a kiosk only. They have it in English too to make ordering easier.

We ordered a king mango bingsoo and a red bean Bingsoo. We had a party of 3, and it was a bit much for 3 people. 4 people would have been perfect, as each bingsoo is normally enough for 2 people to share.

We arrived minutes before the last order time (10:30pm) but it wasn't an issue as we already had our eyes set on the 155k krw strawberry yoghurt snowflakes

Everything from the cream, yoghurt sheets, fresh strawberries, chilled strawberries and flavoured shaved ice were perfect. Mix and match the different components and enjoy heaven on earth

Tip: if you've come here after a particularly big meal, do share this with another friend or family! The portion is generous. Or you can simply order a different one after this to try...

Definitely unique dessert place of Korea. Since we went there out of season, it was quiet and not that crowded, but the food was definitely good.

Tried the traditional injeolmi bingsu and toast, and I loved both. I recommend to put the condensed milk given to the milk sherbet.

They have various ice sherbet there and probably fun to try all the taste in summer =)
