One of the bigger Sulbing bingsoo places that I have been to. Located on the 2nd floor, take the elevator. We came here on a weekend. There was a small line and a short wait time to order.
Ordering is done through a kiosk only. They have it in English too to make ordering easier.

Tried the traditional injeolmi bingsu and toast, and I loved both. I recommend to put the condensed milk given to the milk sherbet.
