Wheat & Meat Gangnam — Restaurant in Seoul

If you're an expat in South Korea craving a taste of home, this restaurant is an absolute gem! As a European, it can be tricky to find food that isn’t overly sweet or doesn’t have a “Korean twist,” but this place gets it just right.

The food is delicious, with a menu including burgers, sandwiches, fries, and pizzas... perfect comfort food. A few weeks ago, they even had amazing pasta on the menu, so it’s worth checking back for new surprises.

The staff also couldn’t be friendlier, and the traditional American diner-style interior makes it feel like back in the days. Plus, ordering is a breeze thanks to the kiosk system which is super convenient if you don’t...

Like other reviews, this NY transplant deli has great atmosphere. However, The Pastrami was underwhelming. It was served cold which was not your typical. Bread was not warm and pastrami and onion remolade were cold. The pasta was good with a nice creamy buttery sauce and the pasta aldente.

The restaurant is not far from the Main Street but expect to walk uphill to get to it. You order via kiosk with Korea/English available. I think the portions could have been bigger as you would likely see at Katz’s but the style was a good reminiscent to pay homage...

Interesting American-style deli with several variations of jambon and pastrami sandwiches. They also serve a number of different sides, including cheese fries, chipotle fries, and sweet pumpkin salad. It’s a bit funny, but they’ve got an “American import” beer (Budweiser).

Overall the experience was very good. The store is busy so be ready for a short wait. The food is pretty tasty and the meat is good quality. It is also quite heavy, so you might not need another meal on the day you eat this. The staff are cool and the interior design is...
