Wiir Philadelphia — Restaurant in Seoul

As someone who’s a local to Philly and lives there I’ll approach this review so you know it’s legit. First, the Steak egg and Cheese is an absolute must! It’s so good😋 so I highly recommend it.

The cheese steaks are on par with cheesesteaks you’d get in Philly (especially with the provolone & American cheese options) and they’re hitting at about an 8/10-9/10 out of 10.

The wiz fries are good, especially considering how cheese in Korea can hit (or taste) a bit different and I’d give them a rating of 7/10. The quality of cheese Wiz is a very particular thing in Philly (with a lot of restaurants in Philly even getting it wrong) so I’d say they are ahead of the curve.

*a note for the owners if they’re in Philly sometime check out Joe’s steaks & soda shop in Fishtown they have some of the best cheese wiz fries currently

Overall this place is fantastic with the food tho 😊 I’d recommend for a nice lunch business meeting too since the atmosphere is nice for that sort of thing imo. If you’re craving U.S. comfort food or have never had a cheesesteak, Philadelphia restaurant is a must to visit.

*it is a bit hidden 💎 if you happen to get slightly lost it’s down a side street across from a pizza & Italian place and from the Main Street of Garosu-Gil you make a left when you see the Starbucks and it’s around the corner about a block in 🙂...

The cheesesteak was amazing, and the atmosphere was fantastic! I had a cheesesteak sandwich, and it was perfect—the meat and cheese were just right, and the bread seemed homemade. It was all just excellent. The cheesesteak fries were also fantastic; I’ll definitely be back for more.

I also tried the Bloody Mary, and it was incredible! The spices were spot-on and made it even better. This place isn’t just about delicious food—it gives you a warm, welcoming vibe, too.

I’d recommend it to anyone with a love for great food, especially those with a connection to American roots or anyone looking to enjoy high-quality food. It’s the kind of place you’ll want to come back to again and again! They have another location in Hongdae, and I’m looking forward to checking...

This got to be one of, if not the best Philly steak sandwhich in Seoul! 👍 The sandwich itself was killer! 🤙👏

Everything from the bread to the meat and veggies, spot on! I can't think of any place in Seoul or surrounding areas that serves better Philly style sandwiches these days.

Interior wise, it is almost like a southern style 😅 it focuses on simple and easy going decor. Nothing wrong with it.

Wasn't really busy when I visited, nor is there many seats either. But overall a somewhat chill place to chill, grab a sub and a drink, most of all enjoy. They also have a variety of other alcoholic beverages 👏👏 If you're into Philly steak sandwhiches, this place is definitely worth the try! It is on the pricey side, but money...
