I came here after a long day at loro park as it was close to the hotel and we was quite tired. When we arrived we was greeted quite poorly told to sit on the 'comfy' seats around people smoking and we be seated in a 'min' 15 mins passed still waiting to be seated and the restaurant wasn't that busy 10 people max.. didn't get offered a drink. We finally sat down after waiting 20 mins to be given our menus, we asked can we see the cocktail menu but the man insisted we try wine with our meal... we hadn't even seen what was on the menu and we don't drink wine. We waited 25 mins for the cocktail menu after being seated till he finally came over to ask what would we like to drink. We got a small pure orange for the 'delay' between the cocktails that was to share between 2 adults bearing in mind we been in the restaurant 45 mins at this point. We ordered food it was okay nothing different than a Miller and carter standard steak and the chicken... just don't get it, it was so dry even with a sauce. The man was so rude putting the coals in repeatedly shouting at me to 'put my legs down' when they wasn't even crossed during to the metal bar anyway and they couldn't get any lower when alls he meant was to move your seat back. He could of just said this.
Honestly for the price we paid €102 it definitely was not worth it and if I wasn't as drained ide of got up and walked into adeje/playa for a meal. Save yourself the time and money and get a bag of crisp from shop cause that's what I ended up doing on...

There were four of us, including two young kids—one of whom was very active and not keen on sitting still. The huge outdoor seating area was a lifesaver. It’s spacious, relaxed, and perfect for families. What really stood out was the staff—truly exceptional. The waiters were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and genuinely wonderful with the kids. They didn’t bat an eye the kids played at the next table or wandered around. In fact, they regularly interacted with them in the warmest way. It made the whole experience feel welcoming and easy.
We arrived around 5pm when it wasn’t too busy, which made for an even more relaxed atmosphere. The service was top-notch from start to finish.
As for the food—it was lovely. We had the lamb and the T-bone steak, both served rare so you could finish cooking them at your table to your liking. It’s a fun and interactive way to dine. A word of advice: it can get hot with the grill at the table, especially in Tenerife’s heat! Also, some of the larger meat cuts are on the pricier side—but in all honesty, it’s well worth it for the quality and overall experience.
The only small letdown was the sangria, which was a little watery—but that is me looking for an issue and was a minor note in an otherwise amazing visit.
All in all, a brilliant place with great food, outstanding service, and a truly...

Our first day of holiday was supposed to be a relaxing start to our much-anticipated break, but Genghuis Khan managed to turn it into a nightmare. The concept seemed intriguing—a grill at each table where diners finish cooking their food. However, what sounded like an innovative and interactive experience quickly turned into a lesson in culinary negligence.
We were served raw chicken breast and pink chicken wings, which the waiter assured us only needed two more minutes on the grill. But even a novice could tell that the chicken was far from ready, so we took matters into our own hands and cooked it for a much longer period. This wasn’t the only alarming issue. The skewers of meat and vegetables were a disaster waiting to happen, with raw chicken and beef shoved against the vegetables, creating a perfect storm of cross-contamination.
While the meal was technically edible, the whole experience screamed laziness disguised as creativity. It seems like Genghuis Khan expects its customers to do the heavy lifting, literally risking their health in the process. The result? I spent the early hours of our first full day of holiday violently throwing up and glued to the toilet.
If you enjoy playing Russian roulette with your food, then Genghuis Khan might be for you. But if you value your health and your holiday, I’d strongly suggest giving this place...
