Super unhöflicher Service und minderwertiges Essen – Nie wieder!

Wir haben eine äußerst unangenehme Erfahrung in dieser Bar/Grillrestaurant gemacht. Auf dem Heimweg vom Strand wollte unser 4-jähriger Sohn noch etwas essen, bevor wir nach Hause fahren. Da wir ihn nicht warten lassen wollten, entschieden wir uns, ihm schnell eine Portion Kroketten zu bestellen – in Spanien normalerweise als Tapas zum Teilen bekannt.

Schon beim Bestellen spürte man deutlich, dass es dem Kellner missfiel, dass wir nur ein Gericht orderten, obwohl das Restaurant fast leer war (bis auf ca. 4 Tische!). Es war nicht so, als hätten wir jemandem den Platz weggenommen. Als der Kellner mit der Portion Kroketten (10 Stück) ankam, fragte meine Frau höflich nach einer zweiten Gabel, da unser Sohn die Portion nicht aufessen würde. Der Kellner rastete völlig aus. Er sagte uns tatsächlich, dass die Portion Kroketten nur für eine Person gedacht seien und dass er die Bestellung lieber nicht hätte aufnehmen sollen. Anschließend schoss er den Vogel ab, indem er uns als unerwünschte Touristen beschimpfte und meinte, dass man auf Touristen wie uns gerne verzichtet und wir uns schämen sollten. So etwas Unverschämtes habe ich noch nie erlebt!

Wir standen entsetzt auf und gingen. Der Kellner rief noch hinterher, dass es gut sei, dass wir gehen. Abgesehen von einer halben Krokette, die unser Sohn ausgespuckt hatte, weil sie außen kalt und innen heiß war (deutliches Zeichen, dass sie nur kurz in der Mikrowelle erwärmt wurde), haben wir nichts gegessen. Es waren auch die typischen Tiefkühlkroketten aus dem Supermarkt.

Wer Wert auf höflichen Service, Qualität und eine familienfreundliche Atmosphäre legt, sollte dieses Restaurant definitiv meiden. Es gibt bessere Alternativen in der Nähe, die auch den kleinen Hunger eines Kindes willkommen heißen – vor allem, wenn fast alle Tische leer stehen!

Tuvimos una experiencia extremadamente desagradable en este bar/restaurante. De camino a casa, nuestro hijo de 4 años tenía hambre y, para no hacerle esperar hasta llegar a casa, decidimos pedirle una ración de croquetas, que en España normalmente se sirven como tapas para compartir.

Cuando hicimos el pedido, se notó claramente que al camarero no le gustó que solo pidiéramos un plato, aunque el restaurante estaba casi vacío (solo había ocupadas unas 4 mesas). No era como si estuviéramos ocupando el lugar de otros clientes. Cuando el camarero trajo la ración de croquetas (10 unidades), mi esposa le pidió educadamente un segundo tenedor, ya que nuestro hijo no se terminaría la porción. El camarero se descontroló por completo. Nos dijo que la ración de croquetas era solo para una persona y que no debería haber aceptado nuestro pedido. Luego nos insultó al llamarnos turistas no deseados y decir que a este tipo de turistas no los necesitan, y que deberíamos avergonzarnos. ¡Nunca había vivido algo tan descarado!

Nos levantamos y nos fuimos atónitos. El camarero incluso nos gritó que era bueno que nos fuéramos. Aparte de media croqueta que nuestro hijo escupió porque estaba fría por fuera y caliente por dentro (una clara señal de que solo la habían calentado rápidamente en el microondas), no comimos nada. Además, eran las típicas croquetas congeladas del supermercado.

Si valoras un servicio amable, calidad y un ambiente familiar, definitivamente deberías evitar este restaurante. Hay mejores alternativas en la zona, donde también aceptan con gusto el pequeño apetito de un niño, ¡sobre todo cuando casi todas las mesas...

We ate here 2 nights ago, the waiter with moustache was very rude but the food was good so we returned tonight. When the same waiter approached us to take our order I asked for vegetables pepper sauce and chips. He immediately put his hands to face and then started asking me in some language what my kids wanted as I could not understand him I let my husband deal with him, he then came back to me and said you want nothing. I said no I ordered veg pepper sauce and chips. He was incredibly rude over and above a bad day. We just got up and walked out and went to the tex mex across the road and were met with a warm smile and friendly staff. That waiter with moustache late 50s has no place in hospitality or a restuarant without proper training and a serious attitude change. AVOID the resturant who hires such...

We went to this restaurant two evenings ago it was buzzing. We placed our order starter/ main and drinks. Then things started Togo down hill. After 20 minutes waiting for the starter I noticed people who had arrived after us having their meal, I called the waiter and asked in a friendly manner where our food was? He came back to us after 15 mins to say it was a mix up in the kitchen. Then after another 10 mins the Main arrived 5mins after the starters arrived talk about confusion. We ate the main meal the starters were returned immediately untouched. Result it took 45 mins for the food to arrive from order to table. Quality of mains average. When I asked for the bill they tried to charge me for the starters😄 I didn't pay for them. To sum up the food is average and the service...
