My family been to Alcúdia for many years, and since 2018 we’ve eaten at Pippers . It always been good, but last year we’ve noticed the standards dropped, and with the experience from yesterday evening, we decided not to come at Pippers anymore, as it wasn’t good at all.
We paid almost €100 we decided not to leave any tips, first time when we do this, as me a my wife we work in hospitality in England. We wanted to come back on this Thursday for Sushi, as we always have Sushi, as they changed the days when they serve Sushi, but from yesterday’s evening experience, we’re not coming back.
My chicken wings weren’t cooked properly, for that price you’ve expect proper buffalo chicken wings nice and crispy, but no, they looked straight from freezer, not cooked properly. We have a side of Potatoes Bravas, they look like chunky chips, with some very spicy sauce on top. We had a pizza with spinach, but the spinach on top were just normal dry leaves on top, not a bit cooked or steamed.
Also something that we find poor and strange, especially in full summer season, no ice cream, especially for kids, as we were there with our 6 year daughter. They said they don’t serve ice cream.
My wife ordered the cheese with bread starter, lots of cheese, but not enough bread…. The service besides the lady that give us a choice of table, she the host/meet & greet, and we recognise her from past years , not been good.
I find it rude for the staff to bring the bill to our table and wait there until you pay, not to give us 2-3 minutes to look at the bill, to get our card or cash out … It’s been a bad experience and we decided not to come anymore as they are lots of better places around, lots of options. Pippers used to be my number 2 after Muddy’s, which Muddy’s been consistent every year, including this year….

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pippers in Port Alcúdia, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience. Their pizza is absolutely fantastic, so much so that you would think their chef hails directly from Italy. The crust was perfectly crispy, the toppings were fresh and flavorful, and the cheese melted in a way that only true Italian pizza can achieve.
Beyond the exceptional food, the service was impeccable. The staff was attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure we had a memorable meal. It's rare to find a place where both the food and the service are equally excellent, but Pippers manages to excel in both areas.
If you're in Port Alcúdia and craving pizza, Pippers is a must-visit. You won't be...
Read moreThe food was terrible, to say the least. The chicken was uncooked, which is not only unappetizing but also a serious health hazard. To make matters worse, the chicken was full of bones and veins, making it difficult to eat.
The portions were incredibly small for the price, leaving me feeling unsatisfied and wondering if the food was even worth the cost. It seemed like some of the dishes were probably made from frozen ingredients, which contributed to the overall lack of quality.
Additionally, some of the food was completely tasteless, lacking any flavor or seasoning. Overall, I would not recommend this...
