Faro Beach Cocktail Bar — Restaurant in Alcúdia

BEST bar / restaurant in Alcudia! You MUST visit Faro Beach if you are in Majorca. We visited many bars/restaurants and this place is far better than anywhere else we went.

We visited here at the end of May and came across it whilst taking a walk down the marina. The vibe here is amazing! Beautiful setting, amazing views of the sea and marina, fantastic musicians and of course outstanding food and cocktails! It is super clean and very comfortable.

You get a lot of live music about but you won't get better than at Faro Beach. The musicians really make the place stand out - they are super talented, friendly and they play the best songs! Far superior than anywhere else we experienced.

The cocktails are amazing - especially the Sangria, it was possibly the best I have tried ever! Its authentic and super fresh.

Don't even get me started on the food! We ate both times we visited and the food is absolutely delicious!!! Our particular faves were the meatballs and the nachos - both extremely tasty. We even ordered more food at one point, even though we were so full but had to have more!

The owners and staff are super friendly and will go out of their way to make sure you are enjoying yourself, the drinks and food - we felt like this was a super nice touch, you feel very at home and relaxed and made to feel so welcome. Don't leave Majorca without...

Faro Beach Bar holds a special place in my heart. We where on a vacation to Alcudia in June with the missus and to be honest it was a bit off-putting when we first walked by due to some hard gangsta-rap coming from the bar. To be fair, I'm not against the style itself but it was a bit strange for a bar like this.

However, this not-so-perfect first impression quickly vanished when we walked in for a beer before our ship sailed out from the port. The waitress was very lovely (shout out to Lucia, I hope I got your name right!), the cocktail and beer was top notch.

A day after we returned for more cocktails with friends and then later for a dinner during which live music was playing by two lovely guys and a guest girl playing flute. Man it was magical! The musicians were really into it and created a buzzing vibe for the bar. The mojito was good, the food was good.

If I'd live in Alcudia, people would have a hard time dragging me out...

we were here this evening. At first it was very nice, the location was very nice. Then it started, half of the map was not available. but it said all burgers were available, but no fish, no sushi and no noodles. We really wanted to give it all a chance. The cocktails are great! Then we waited 1 hour for the food, the tapas plate was very tasty but half of what was on the menu was missing! and then we waited & waited and waited. No service came, we were all thirsty, no one came. Then the bartender came at some point with burgers, but we had all ordered angus beef and got dry chicken, hard rolls and it was bad! The bartender said all the waitresses had gone home because they felt sick. he had to take care of the whole shop by himself!
