If I could give this less than 1 star I would, our hotel booked our table for us in advance but when we arrived we were ignored while the waiters argued over who would seat us, bearing in mind it was early on and the restaurant was dead, finally someone come over who literally couldn’t of been less bothered if he tried, kept saying we didn’t have a reservation for the time we stated then apparently found it after a lot of huffing and puffing about other staff not putting bookings in correctly etc, seated us in the raised decking area but our table was dodgy (excessively wobbly) I then ended up with 3 different waiters under the table trying to stick alsorts under the table legs including corks and folded up beer mats non of which worked the whole experience was very awkward and no apology for any of it, we said we would just move tables and were told fine go sit somewhere else really rudely, found another table ourselves but the rudeness of the staff just carried on so we literally got up an walked out, don’t even think they noticed! thankfully we found a different restaurant (Villa casa) just a short walk down the pier were the service was fantastic and saved our evening! My advice after coming to alcudia and it’s restaurants for over 25years avoid aqua! Incredibly rude staff, can’t advise on the food as we didn’t even...
Read moreGreat restaurant overlooking the evening sunset. The fact that the food is a high standard is a really nice bonus! We turned up early ish around 7pm (late July 2022) and as a party of 4 we were seated straight away, although the nice tables with the magical views were already reserved so we had to settle for a central position. Price wise you're looking at €8-15 for a starter and €15-30+ for a main which is aligned with similar restaurants around the area. The restaurant can seat probably 150-200 people so fairly large. There was a lot of waiters around to take food/drink orders and they weren't pushy to get you out. It was all very relaxed. I think we spent 3hrs eating and drinking with 2 young kids. I'd highly recommend booking and sitting on the elevated decking / pier area to maximise the sunset and bay views. If you're not bothered about food, there are comfy seats to soak in the atmosphere over a cocktail at the far end. The added bonus as you leave is to admire the multimillion yachts in the harbour. The majority of the seating area of the restaurant is wheel chair friendly, with only the raised decking/pier area with steps probably 5-8 in total. Just be aware the toilets are up stairs and they are quite steep. I wasn't aware of any disabled toilets downstairs. Worth asking if you have accessibility...
Read moreRude abrupt waiter - I stupidly misunderstood thinking they were benches and foot stools in the bar area. (It had been a long day) I was relaxed watching the sunset with my family.. The waiter began having a go at me infront of my son and surrounding customers asking if i knew this was a table. I obviously did not, i was the front row and they are so low i assumed it was a lounge set. When I apologised and removed my feet he then began accusing me of not buying a drink which I repeatedly said we had. My husband was on the rocks with two of my sons with his drink. He was arching his neck looking for my husband and his alcoholic beverage as if he didn't believe me. Once confirmed I was right, he aggressively told me again it was meant to be a table even after I was mortified and apologised. All in front of my 12 year old son. I was embarassed, My husband returned and we didn't even bother drinking our drinks and left. There really was a better way other than public humiliation. On arrival there was not a smile nor acknowledgement. We went to the bar to...
