Took my wife & 2 little ones for dinner. We were greeted by an African gentleman at the door. He sat us down immediately. The waiter came over and took our order. I asked him if the steak comes with anything and he said a baked potato. I asked "is it topped with anything?" He said "sour cream". They served me my steak and the potato with no sour cream. I called him over and he said "I will bring it". We had also ordered pizza for my little ones to share. They left two pieces so we asked for them to box it up for us in a container to take it with us. This tall young man came over gave us the container box and printed out the receipt. My wife looked at the receipt and saw two charges that she did not recognize (2,70€ & .70€) so she asked him and he replied rudely and in an arrogant & very disrespectful way "2,70€ was for the sour cream & .70€ was for the container" We were confused...we asked "Why? The potato was supposed to come with a sour cream" he replied "NO! It's additional!" with a big attitude. So then we asked him "why are you charging for the container?" he replied " "that is the store policy" she told him wrap it in aluminum foil. This what he replied (which is the craziest thing I've ever heard in my life) "YOU CAN'T TAKE THE PIZZA IT'S IN OUR BOX!" at the end we paid because they were getting very aggressive & my little ones were getting scared because they were raising there voices. As we were walking out. He started swearing at me & wanted to come out in the street & start fight. My little ones got very scared. My son said "Daddy why is he mad & wants to fight you? Can you call the police?"
What a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE We have traveled the world. Never in my life have I ever seen this type of behavior.

Read moreHmm.. I dont know where to start from. Got there with my partner and our girls, been asked to wait to clean a table, did that and we ordered gambas all ajjilo, sangria and paella. When I ordered the gambas I asked if they put any parsley on the top ( I was talking with them in spanish but didnt know how to say parsley in spanish, so I explained to the guy( young and tall guy, dark hair) that I dont want anything on the top of the gambas, nothing green, he said to me they dont add anything, just gambas and garlic. i said ok, but when it arrived obviously didnt arrived as I asked. I said to the african guy about this and the chap that served us came to me very angry that if I dont know what I want he cannot read my mind or understand if I dont explain well enough. He didnt leave me speak, I said its rude first because I m a woman and then because I m a client. He didnt want me to speak because he knew I was right, and he forgot because they were too busy. I couldve understand if he came to me with a nice attitude but he was very bossy and saying to me I wanna argue. Well it wasnt like that how I wanted to have my bday dinner with family.. so very disappointing. I payed for Sangria, even if I had only on e glass from 1L…if it was me: I wouldnt pay anything! Everyone was looking at us and he just started to call me “ malcriada” because I darred to say he brought the wrong order… Stood up and left! The african guy tried to stop me as paella was ready, but no.. this is not how you treat a...
Read moreOh dear where to start? Went this afternoon at about 5pm. Admittedly between lunch and dinner service but they said they were open. Ordered my hungry 6 year old mussels whilst intending to ponder the menu. They arrived super quickly which seemed odd but after the 3rd one the question: daddy why are these mussels so chewy? The answer is obvious. They were part of the lunch batch re-heated and grossly overcooked. Not anticipating better from what sounded like a nice menu we decided to leave.
The bill took 2 efforts to acquire; we'd finished drinks for several minutes without any moves to let us pay even once we got it. The final piece of the sorry jigsaw was when I got up to go and pay and the owner or maitre d' rushed over and grabbed a card machine. By this time I was at a table and in the middle of me giving him my card he wandered off towards the kitchen leaving me hanging about like a fish on a deck.
I returned to the table and a few minutes later the chap returned to allow us to pay. Nice of him.
Outrageous service and a single dish that is so simple to get right but performed with a woeful disregard for culinary interest. They will rely on a constant stream of new custom as surely no one will subject themselves to this more than once.
Avoid at all costs. Sad. Could have...
