Café Dolce Vita — Restaurant in Alcúdia

Place looked lovely and very ‘instagram’. However, once seated, our orders weren’t taken for 40 minutes. Drinks arrived 20 minutes later. I asked if one of the toast toppings could be made into a sandwich as all sandwich options were not vegetarian “it is impossible”. My fiancé asked for a chicken baguette with no tomato. Food arrived 25 minutes after the drinks and the inside of my waffles were raw, my fiancé had tomato in his baguette and my sisters ‘ham and cheese sandwich’ had clearly been cut on a chopping board that had tomato on it as the bottom of the bread was covered in it (thank goodness she’s not allergic). We sent the waffles back. We got a new batch that were burnt but still raw in the middle. Older male waiter was rude in his manor and clearly talking about us to the hard working lady doing the ice creams and drinks as he kept looking at us. Would not recommend and we are gutted that we waisted so...

Very disappointing – not recommended

We were really disappointed with our visit to Café Dolce Vita in Alcudia. We waited over 45 minutes and didn’t even receive our drinks. Our food order was never taken. After waiting far too long, we finally got up and left.

What made it worse was that the waiter looked at us several times and still chose to completely ignore us. It felt like we were invisible.

The staff was extremely unfriendly and showed no interest in providing any kind of service. When we tried to ask about our order, the response was rude and dismissive.

Overall, this was a terrible experience. We felt completely ignored and unwelcome. Definitely not coming back and wouldn’t recommend this...

5 stars for an Amazing Healthy options available at the cafe! The detox green smoothy and beetroot & avocado chocolate cake with less sugar, sweetened with maple syrup instead. The Italian CHEF, she was super nice and we had a super nice long chitchat! Also appreciated the style and decor with green colour, the modern super nice bathroom too!
