Food is excellent. Very nice and cozy vibe, the fault comes in service, and let me explain, before the “manager” who I spoke to, replies with blunt BS: I had had booked with high expactations due to Google reviews, we showed up on time. We were greeted by a waiter who was supposed to be assigned to us. Upon arrival, only the terrace was full and already served, the inside area had no table waiting and almost empty. It took them 15 min to ONLY come take drinks orders. And I was like, fine. Drinks and food came in a timely fashion, no complaint about that. However, whenever you wanted to catch the attention of a waiter for a refill or else, that took forever. The issue is, waiters will pass you by, see you waiting, and carry on. I guess they were only working with assigned tables, o whatever internal “management” they had. Once finished, to ask for the bill took a while, again, looking everywhere for waiters passing you by, no one caring. Once the bill arrived, it took literally 17 min for someone to come to bill us. The original waiter who seated us, passed by 3 times, glanced at the table, and went about his business. Which I found plain rude and unprofessional, but didnt say a word. Only when I caught the eye of the manager after 17 min did he bring the bill. Again, paid, tipped, didnt say a word, but my face showed I was dissatisfied. I got a “thank you”, no “was everything okay?” Knowing the manager saw a customer was dissatisfied. Leaving, at the door, I pulled a free waiter outside (at the time didnt know who was the manager” and gently and in a very polite manner expressed my discontent. The manager then comes in, chimes in the convo, and goes like “whats going on”? I explain everything, to which he replies “well I dont think you understand, we are short staffed, and you lack hilumanity”. Stopped him and said, if I lacked humanity, I would not have kept all the discontent to myself, pay and tip you also, you saw my face of discontent “he also sais - well I saw your face earlier- and you did not say a word nor cares to understand for your business sake why a customer is upset at the service. Words of advice to a manager: if you understand a bit of customer service, customer is always right, even when wrong. ESPECIALLY, in a case like mine, where you have a humble customer who gives you, in lieu, a constructive feedback. Instead of trying to be a smart, reconsider a...

10/10 — unforgettable culinary experience.

We started with the goat cheese and pear stuffed ravioli, served in a rich and creamy gorgonzola sauce. The balance between the sweetness of the pear and the boldness of the cheese was absolutely perfect.

Next we had the red carabinero prawn and clam risotto, accompanied by a lime and cilantro mayonnaise. The seafood was incredibly fresh, and the risotto was cooked to perfection, with the citrusy mayonnaise adding a refreshing twist to the dish.

To finish, we had the Parmesan cheesecake. It was a surprising and delightful end to the meal.

The setting, combined with attentive service and innovative cuisine, makes this restaurant a must-visit for anyone looking to enjoy fine dining with a great view in Puerto de Alcudia.

The food was really good. The pizza is thin and crispy and very recommendable. The starters were very good especially the focaccia and the carpaccio. The truffle sauce was immaculate. Sadly, the service was not so great and the terrace is very cramped. also there is no cooling, fan or A/C outside and when it’s 30 degrees still at 9PM it can get very hot so keep that in mind. We saw food from many other guests and those looked nice as well. We ordered the salmon with “seasonal vegetables and potatoes” and sadly got disappointed by only getting one potato and just several pieces of pumpkin (is that a seasonal vegetable???) for the vegetables. so i would not recommend. the stuffed beef ravioli...
