We were just walking around the streets when we found this restaurant by chance. We didn’t expect anything special. We just wanted to have lunch and enjoy a few glasses of wine or champagne.

I guess we were the first people there when the restaurant opened for the day. There were a few people around, as well as some suppliers delivering daily products. We didn’t mind because the host who greeted us was very friendly and kind.

We had two dishes, one from the starters and the other from the main menu. Both were absolutely amazing, prepared with fresh ingredients. After lunch, our plates were completely empty (which doesn’t happen all the time), so we highly recommend this place. We hope all the dishes on the menu are of the same quality and freshness. I would like to share our negative experience with this restaurant. Watch out for the paela especially! We ordered one paella for 30 E. In the bill the put 30*2 E, the explication was because we were two person. Even I told to the waiter many times that I want a paella for 30 E, she didn't notice. I denied paying addinational price for nothing. They called the police as well. The two police officers said that the waiter was right and that we have to pay, even the fact that in the menu the quantity of the food was not mentioned ( gr, kg). They told us that they would arrest us. Please pay attention, in this restaurant they want to steal money!!!I am really disappointed from the attitude.Instead of feeling good I felt like a thief. I don't recommend thus...

The food was tasty (we had a grilled octopus - very good, a salad with goat cheese, and a small sandwich with beef and truffle). The waiter was communicative, professional, patient and he clarified everything (e.g. the portions' size), also asked the basic questions like on the steak doneness level. Our experience was basically good, but if you prefer quiet places, that could be not the best choice for you (yeah, I think that overall España loves to celebrate and I appreciate that, however that might be worth mentioning in a review). This time, that place didn't steal my heart, but if I had an appetite for a paella, I'd probably visit it again. Also, I guess that for such prices, I'd find something more...
