I’ve tried many burger places as you can see from my previous reviews, and some of the best burgers I tried in Alicante is here in Aires Burger Bar they deliver a focused, well-executed burger experience in a thoughtfully designed space. The burger I had was bold without being messy: well-seared beef patties, cheddar that actually melts into the meat, and crispy bacon that adds texture, not just volume. The plating is unpretentious, with sides that feel like part of the meal, not filler. No distractions—just good food made with care. From the first bite, you can tell these burgers are made with purpose. The patty was rich and juicy with a proper crust, layered with cheddar and crispy toppings that added bite without overpowering. The brioche bun held together until the end—no small feat given the size. The restaurant has a relaxed, well-designed vibe with warm lighting and a mix of earthy textures that make it feel approachable. I am realized surprised by all the good reviews, maybe they were just having a bad day. I asked to switch one type a cheese for another on a burger and after having to explain that no, I don’t want extra cheese, I just want a different cheese the waiter told me “the app wouldn’t let him do that”. Then I asked for no onions and he comes about 10 minutes later to say “sorry onions and bacon is pre mixed you won’t have any bacon either”. I kindly asked him to please speak with the chef to see if they could prepare some bacon separately (you know, like a normal burger place) and he finally agreed. If you don’t love exactly what’s on the menu know you’ll have a hard time customizing it which is really unacceptable of a 12€+ burger. There was also no soap in either bathroom and the waiter had to pour soap on my hands from a large box of soap. I wouldn’t mind all this if I was paying Four Blooms price for example but with mediocre food at this price I...

Had a great meal here on Monday evening. Lovely efficient service, and a good menu of different burger choices.

I got the 'Fresh Motz' which was a double smash burger with loads of onion (and there really was loads of onion!) Patties were cooked nicely and were thin and the cheese was all gooey. The bun was really good and went all soft from the burger juices.

My wife had the 'HDP' (smashed cheese burger) which was also good, although wasn't as greasy so the bun didn't go lovely and soft like mine did.

Great 2for1 deal on Monday and Thursday evenings which makes the prices amazing, especially as the burgers come with a good amount of nice fries.
