There's an apron you can use so you won't splatter yourself. Use a different pair of chopsticks or tongs to dip and another one for eating.

The bone broth and their lit pot (mildly spicy but perfect for a cold weather) are perfect to try two. Order the beef rolls, vegetable mix, ramen noodle and some other ingredient. There's a sauce bar with suggestions on combing ingredients to make a sauce.

Let the broth boil, lower the ingredients with a ladle, let it cook, remove it with chopsticks (different to the ones you use to eat), dip it in sauce, eat it.

The noodles usually go half way through or at the end.
