Let’s start with the good: the service was good and fast. The guy who attended us was polite, professional and received us kindly even without reservation. I appreciate that! However, the service team seemed a bit rushed and could look impolite for others. The not so good: I had more expectations for the food because of the plenty of good reviews. Unfortunately, I don’t agree with all of them, and that’s totally fine. I’d say the trouble here is the price-quality ratio. For the price, I would expect more quality and better presented food (see pictures). The food looked lame and taste mild. The chistorra was just okay, the eggplant/aubergine was dry and tasteless, the manchego cheese didn’t taste like good quality (supermarket taste better), the croquetas were fine but again, not for that price, and finally, the bread didn’t feel fresh, it was hard. The olives were amazing though. The sangria was also just okay, we didn’t finish it because we didn’t like it. If I would have paid 25% less, I think I’d understand the quality of the food and the review would be different. I think the restaurant is overpriced and you don’t get what you paid for. The menu was disappointing, very limited in choice, Tapas and steak are the main options... No starters, other than bread, olives and a meager offering of Auli.
Please note steak arrives with nothing unless you ask for the fries and the pepper option(tasty) is not a sharing dish and expensive at €8.. No other vegetables which is a big miss. The steak when presented hot is tasty and with a sprinkling of rock salt enjoyable... But that's it, third mouthful and the novelty has worn off. Needs accompaniment, a sauce, veg really missed opportunity to lift the meat.
The big issue with our experience was the arrival of cold food!. Not just cool, cold.. Meat and chips... Which put a real downer on the meal... Thereafter the conversation was about raw meat.
Overall, over the preceding two days we had experienced better restaurants, brunch, tapas and baguettes, all left a better culinary memory, and having not mentioned it already with €30/40 still my wallet...(4 Adults) cold steak and fries was not cheap...

Before the meal, we were served complimentary bread with olives and butter, which was absolutely delicious. A must-try! 🍞🫒🧈
For starters, we ordered a plate with calamari and a mix of seafood — everything was fresh and tasty. 🦑🐟 The grilled octopus was decent (I'd rate it around 3.5 to 4 out of 5), but I did expect a bit more from a place of this caliber.
The fish dishes were fantastic — full of flavor and perfectly cooked. I definitely recommend trying them. 🐠🔥
For dessert, we had a sweet dish topped with pistachios (Panettone with pistachio and cocoa nibs), and it was absolutely delightful. Definitely worth saving room for dessert! But please order it when you start eat your fish. It will cost almost half an hour to be ready 🍮🥜
