Sibuya Urban Sushi Bar — Restaurant in Almeria

It’s a good looking restaurant and sushi is probably a new cuisine for Almeria, so I’m glad they are there. But if you come from a country where sushi is common food and you eat it a lot, you need to lower your expectations. Both Udon (they only have stir fried Udon, no soup) and Sibuya Roll were very sweet and lacking in quality fish. The Sibuya roll was fried on the outside and it was so tough I had to peel it off and left it uneaten. I was starving and ate what I could but could not eat either of the dishes fully. ¡¡¡NO PUEDES ESTAR MÁS DE 90 EN EL ESTABLECIMIENTO O TE ECHAN!!!

Quiero compartir mi reciente experiencia en el restaurante Sibuya de Almería (al lado de la plaza del ayuntamiento 29/03/2025 13:30 h) para que otros clientes estén informados antes de reservar e ir a comer. Acudí al establecimiento con una reserva previa, sin que EN NINGÚN MOMENTO se nos indicara que existía un límite de tiempo para permanecer en la mesa. Sin embargo, una vez allí y en plena comida, el personal nos informó de que debíamos abandonar la mesa debido a que llevábamos más de 90 minutos desde la hora de nuestra reserva. SURREALISTA.

Esta restricción nunca nos fue comunicada ni en el proceso de reserva ni antes de nuestra llegada, lo que nos resultó una sorpresa desagradable. Considero que esta práctica es poco transparente y afecta negativamente la experiencia del cliente. Además, podría considerarse una POLÍTICA DE ADIMISIÓN IRREGULAR.

Si están pensando en visitar Sibuya (yo no lo haría), les recomiendo confirmar de antemano si aplican este tipo de restricciones para evitar inconvenientes, puesto que hacen lo que les da la gana con tal de llenar los bolsillos. El trato no fue del todo correcto.

Por supuesto, si desean tener una cita o renunión plácida y calmada con el tiempo suficiente en un lugar tranquilo. No se preocupen que tendrán de unas extensas hora y media. ¡¡Y A DAR LAS GRACIAS AL SALIR!!

Se está planteando abrir una DENUNCIA al local debido a que puede haber indicios de práctica ilegal con el tiempo de comidas, puesto que no se comunicó en ningún momento el tiempo estipulado de comida, ni existen carteles o anotaciones visuales que den lugar a entender dicha norma.

My sister and I have come to Sibuya Urban on more than one occasion. Food is really good, especially the Sake Sibuya, which is to die for.

We were assisted by Fabio this time around. He was super helpful and patient with us since we kept talking to him about a million things. The manager on the floor was also super kind to us and sweet.
