Since we are staying in the heart of the old town we walked to this Taberna based on recommendations from our host. The restaurant is fine. However, even though they provide a QR code to the menu and there is a translation available the translation does not work. The English translation still shows Spanish text. So you are left wondering what you are ordering. Overall is was fine but it’s difficult ordering dinner when you cannot understand the menu.
UPDATE: we visited again on 31 AUGUST 2023 — the lady waitress, Baleria, is an asset to the restaurant. Her English is fine and she helped us a lot. We would have battled to understand the menu had it not been for her assistance. She was rewarded with a handsome tip accordingly. It was a Wednesday night and the place was nearly full, but it was calm and enjoyable; mostly locals eating in there, we noticed. The staff were friendly too. The lamb chops were tasty but only small cutlets. They only have one dessert, chocolate and cheese tart with chocolate sauce(similar to cheesecake); it's sweet salty, might not be everyone's taste.
