Foster's Hollywood — Restaurant in Armilla

Never again! We have dinner in this restaurant on January 15, 2024 from around 5:25 p.m. to 7 p.m. The restaurant was empty except for 2 tables, not a waiter in sight. We waited outside but no one came to give us a table. After a while we went into the restaurant on our own and took a seat. We were then VERY rudely told to wait outside. We asked if we should get up again, but were told no. We placed the drink order. After about 20 minutes the drinks came. These were delivered unfriendly and sometimes only just over half full. At this point there were no other tables occupied and we were the only guests. It took over an hour after ordering for the food to arrive. In the meantime another table was occupied and these people got their food before us. When they paid we didn't have our order. In addition, the food was ice cold!!, I am convinced that the waiter left it until it got cold. A friend had ordered ribs, they looked like leftovers and were also ice cold. The waiter was in the kitchen most of the time and not visible. We will never eat in this restaurant again and would advise against eating there. the restaurant manager urgently needs to take care of his employees, this is not an acceptable situation! It's a shame about the money and...

Fui a cenar una noche de un lunes. El local limpio y bien ambientado. Los trabajadores de 10, atentos y muy encima de todos los clientes para que no les faltase nada. Por poner un pero, me gustaría que me preguntasen primero si deseo que me rellenen la bebida antes que llevarse el vaso vacío sin preguntar para traerme otro lleno a los 5 minutos (en mi caso no me lo iba a beber porque ya estaba lleno). Habrá gente a la que le parece genial que le rellenen la bebida sin preguntar, pero a mi me gustaría al menos ese trato amable con el cliente, es capacidad de darle al cliente la posibilidad de elegir y no que se le dé todo hecho. Pedí un entrante (Pulled Cheese bacon fries) y un primero (The Newyorker). En el caso del entrante, unas patatas fritas en su punto, con mucho queso, una salsa que no termino de distinguir por su sabor pero es bastante potente, acompaña bien a las patatas y Pulled Pork, que a diferencia de otras veces que he ido, esta vez estaba muy fuerte de sabor, rozando tambien estar algo salado (para mi gusto). Otras veces anteriores no ha pasado así. Supongo que será un lote concreto o un exceso de valentía en la cocina. El primero es un entrecot de ternera que pedí al punto (era la primera vez que me pedia este plato). Me llegó en una vajilla enorme, repleta de patas fritas con piel (típicamente llamadas Patatas Rústicas) y el entrecot con un banderín que ponía "Al Punto". Si lo llego a saber, lo pido crudo. Un ligero tostado en la cara del entrecot que me presentan y al cortarlo con el cuchillo (debería chorrear y partirse como mantequilla) no era nada fácil de partir... y ni una gota de jugo al cortar. Decepcionante. Estaba bastante hecho, nada de rosado interior. Seco. La cara de la pieza de carne que daba al plato estaba quemada. Al cortar, el poco jugo que salía de la pieza era de color gris con motitas negras (del quemado de la grasa). No me lo pude comer entero, ni con la salsa barbacoa que acompañaba al plato. Es una pena y espero que haya sido algo puntual porque, si bien es cierto que es un local de comida rápida y que no destaca por la excelencia de sus elaboraciones, esperas algo mas por una pieza de 18 euros (325 gramos), aunque sea acertar con el punto. Volveré y volveré a repetir el primer plato para comfirmar que es algo puntual y no sistemático... en cuyo caso...

Disappointing Experience at foster’s Hollywood My recent visit to foster’s Hollywood was incredibly disappointing. After waiting over 45 minutes for our food, I finally had to ask for the bill. It was only then that two employees rushed to the kitchen, only to return with just one of our two burgers. Given the excessive wait and the clear indication that our order had been lost, I declined the food. It's frustrating to experience such disorganization, especially when they then tried to convince us to take the food as a takeaway after nearly an hour of waiting. The long wait, the lost order, and the attempt to push a takeaway after such a significant delay made for a truly unsatisfactory dining experience. I left feeling completely...
