ASMEDA — Restaurant in Arona

This is probably one of the best restaurants my wife and I have come across in Tenerife. The food on offer is of the highest quality and produced by chefs who obviously enjoy their work. I never knew Sushi was so popular. The presentation is exceptional and put together by someone who has learnt his craft. The front of house is run by two sisters who are fantastic at what they do. The restaurant itself is spotless as is the kitchen area. I lost count of the number of times hands were sanitised during our visit. My parents came here last year and recommended it. Unfortunately it wasn’t as good as last year. The food was ok. Nobody checked that we were ok and if we wanted anything. We never got offered the desert menu. We had to wait a while for the bill. Unfussy and authentic Asian cuisine with great sunset views from the top of San Telmo. I haven’t tried the sushi menu but friends who dined with us raved about it. Excellent starters on the main menu including filo prawns and an extremely high quality crispy duck.
