Well to be fair my dining companions were happy with their meals but the grilled chicken I was served was as dry as something retrieved from an Egyptian tomb. And tasted rancid. Didn’t make a big deal about it but the owner’s reaction of “1,000 happy customers” etc doesn’t excuse you from flipping the bird at a customer who clearly didn’t appreciate the sell by date offering he put on the table. My wife and I had a meal on Halloween night. It was out 4th time eating here. My wife had the chicken skewer which was extremely dry and burnt. We told the waiter it wasn't good and my wife ate nothing. When we went to pay the bill, my wife challenged being charged for her meal and asked if the manager knew. She was asked to pay the full price. We won't be back and frequent the area regularly. We will tell the story to everyone. Came for dinner tonight (30.10.2024) and my goodness was it amazing. From start to finish the servers were attentive but not intrusive. They will tell you honestly how big each dish are (all very generous portions)

We had the lentil soup to started and shared the shoulder of lamb. Both were phenomenal. The soup was flavourful. The lamb was cooked perfectly. It was cooked with potatoes and onions underneath and both were just delicious.
