Unfortunately my Sister in laws 30th Birthday meal ended up being an absolute shambles at this restaurant with the manageress shouting at us trying to say that the complaints we made were incorrect and we don’t know what good food is. Our main complaint was all the steaks we received were either very fatty or so tough you couldn't cut through them easily when we had ordered medium rare. Fillet steaks and Sirloin steaks were very bad and like I said to them rather than arguing with us they should of offered us something else off the menu as it’s obvious they either purchased cheap meat or the butcher has done them over. Either way this restaurant will not accept any fault and it will be you who is in the wrong. Some had pasta with prawns and they were hard and chewy to which my mother in law said they were not fresh and had hardly any flavour. The worse customer service I have ever experienced bar one of the waitresses who was polite and trying to resolve things. If you want to feed your kids spaghetti bolognaise and garlic bread then great but otherwise avoid this place and go somewhere that hopefully you don’t have to complain but if you do it’s dealt with correctly and professionally. I hope they learn from last night but after reading other reviews on here I don’t think they will. If you have watched Gordon Ramsay’s Kitchen Nightmares then this is similar to many places I’ve seen on their where they are set in their ways not willing to improve or have the basic understanding that the customer is always right and decency to deal with a customer complaint in a professional manner ! Never will I step foot in this place again and hopefully Ramsay comes to Tenerife to sort them out or at least after reading this they go and watch the program and have some self reflection and change their stubborn and...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at a restaurant that has quickly become one of my favorites, despite the considerable distance I have to travel. The highlight of my visit was indulging in their Filipo pizza, which I can confidently say is the best pizza I've tasted in Tenerife.
From the moment I entered, the ambiance was warm and inviting. Rafel, my server, provided a friendly and attentive service that enhanced the overall experience. He was knowledgeable about the menu and offered recommendations that truly made my meal enjoyable.
The Filipo pizza itself was a masterpiece — perfectly cooked with a deliciously crispy crust and topped with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Each bite was a delight, and I found myself savoring every moment.
Overall, the combination of exceptional food and excellent service makes this restaurant a must-visit. I highly recommend it to anyone in search of the best pizza in Tenerife. I’m already looking forward to...
