Went to visit after seeing it on TikTok and the owner posting some really good informative posts about loads of things to do on the island, what to look out for....and also fancied a cool cocktail!
Service would have been a 5* if we'd have had interactions with NG or Angie (sorry if it's wrong) but she was amazing, very attentive and fun. Unfortunately, Katie wasn't so nice and was very sharp with her reply to my partner when we asked for another drink. She was also rude to a family that had gone in after also seeing the bar on TikTok. They left with a worse experience than us and even stated "when the cats away..." intimating with the owner being on holiday it's not as it should be.
To be fair to Katie, she came to our table to apologise and explained what the issue was with the other family, we didn't make a complaint initially, but we just spoke to the other family.
She did offer us a free shot, the apology would have been enough, it would have taken some courage to come over so we thanked her for that.
I must say though that the drinks were fantastic and reasonable. I would have gone back in the day time to experience the roof bar but when an experience is poor I don't think we'll bother.
Shame as the owner has clearly made a great effort to promote his business and people are going in due to his efforts on social media. I do wish him and the team all the best...

The positives… The roof top area is nice and has a nice relaxing atmosphere, we enjoyed sitting there and talking to some other visitors.
The Negatives.. We ordered a Corona and Dorada.. When we received our second drink, I questioned if my drink was Corona as it was served in a Dorada glass and didn’t taste like the previous drink I had. The response from Laura was.. “It is Corona - we do know how to take an order”. Which we found a bit rude and unnecessary! But we put it down to her being busy and under pressure.
When we decided to leave I asked for the bill and paid it. My partner asked what the bill came to and, when I told him, he felt that was quite expensive for what we had, so went back to question it, and asked to see the bill, which Laura could not supply (as she couldn’t bring it up on the till) - not ideal! She went on to explain (with not the best attitude) that a half a Corona is nearly the same price as a pint, which still didn’t account for our bill 💁🏻♀️.
We wish them well in their new venture, this my honest review of my experience at this bar.
We will continue to support bars in Tenerife that are more appreciative of our business and provide a more...

Although a lot of effort has been taken to make it look pretty other aspects of the bar are Impractical due to its size i.e. :-
