Treasure Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Arona

Even though we had walked past this restaurant many times, tonight was the first time we had eaten here. We were not disappointed.

We decided to have the Treasure Emperpr's (sic) Special Banquet. The hot and sour soup was very good; however, this was the spiciest hot and sour soup I have ever had. Just don't get caught off guard.

The spring rolls were crispy and delicious, as were the spare ribs. The duck was slightly dry, although we both like it crispy. With the sauce and fresh vegetables (and duck) wrapped in the pancakes, the duck was quite delicious.

The king prawns in chili sauce were fantastic! The prawns were perfectly cooked and not rubbery/chewy at all. The vegetables were colorful and crisp. Very, very good dish.

We ended up taking home more than half of the egg fried rice and all of the sweet & sour chicken to enjoy another nice meal at home.

Our waiter was very pleasant, friendly, and polite. The courses were delivered at the proper time. All food was very hot when served, and we were given several disposable lemon hand wipes throughout our dinner.

We will definitely eat here again and perhaps takeaway as well. Great location and...

We were a bit hesitant to go here because of the reviews, but honestly we were actually quite happy with our visit! We got seated quickly and the atmosphere was good. It took a bit of time before we got to place our order, but our waiter was sweet and had a humble laugh, and all the staff were in general very polite and smiling.

We ordered beef chow mein and sweet & sour chicken. The food came quickly and both dishes were fresh and well made. I had the noodles, the beef was super tender and had a good noodle/beef ratio! NB- large portions. We also got a free bowl of shrimp crackers and two shots of liqour to finish off the meal.

We had 2 sparkling waters, two mains, a side of rice, shrimp crackers and 2 liqours and the total price was less than 23€....

Avoid Avoid Avoid !!! Unless you have a fetish for RUDE { VERY RUDE } so called service. Waitress was sulen faced , obviously did not want our patronage, really had the feeling that we should not be there in her space. Have had a few takeaways through the years and have always enjoyed the food ( obviously very lucky). This time sitting in ordered Beef Curry, no onions, extra hot. I got a mild beef curry with no onions but filled with mushrooms and cabbage..... CABBAGE!!!!!! . When I challenged the the Waitress she told me , (aggressively I might add) " this is the way it come " . Disgraceful attitude so many lovely restaurants in Los Cristianos with amazing staff. Do yourself a favour and Do not waste your money in this place....
