But here is why. When you travel and you get to a new place, you are at a loss to find a place where you will be welcomed, have fun, eat well and remember. Katz brings it all: great and simple tapas. Interesting wines from the island and the land at a reasonable price. People who have stories to tell about what they serve you, why, where they come from and where they are going. At the end of the day, you are the client and you buy and pay, but it is all about sharing and discovering. And money does buy that. Only great people bring it to the table.
